I don't know if electric is the answer to the world's problems, tbh. The US is expansive and to be stuck out in the middle of nowhere because of lack of charging stations or faulty ones is happening right now. It's not going to improve this decade really. The cost of battery replacement is out...
As well as explaining the dangers that could happen instead of saying they're perfectly safe. If I had known what I know now about the Covid vaccine, I never would have taken it. I still am going to take other kinds of vaccines though, because their track record is better.
I see people texting and driving even though it's illegal and they're a danger to themselves and everyone around them. Even talking on the phone while driving I see people doing odd things.
Every single vaccine commercial from those past decades insisted that we wouldn't get that disease if we got vaxx'd. It was only after the Covid vaccine that the concept changed, or the advertising changed to say that it didn't prevent disease but lessened the symptoms. Sometimes you'll still...
That's so funny you just meeped! Yesterday on Facebook, someone was talking about her alpaca and said that its sound was Meep!! So I had to google it to hear it :D
It's because of the way that vaccines were presented to us back in the 70s, 80s, etc. The claim was that you WOULDN'T get the illness!! They pretty much promised that.
I have both good and bad memories, but the good outweigh the bad by far! I'm sure everyone is the same for most forums, having good and bad memories, but it's the good ones that keep them returning.

I think a lot of us feel that we don't want to be alone and that marriage cures that. I also think that if I hadn't gotten married young, that I probably wouldn't have matured as much as I did.
I wanted to get married far before I did, but looking back, I was too immature and didn't understand about bills, taxes, insurance, to know how to "live" as a married person. I got married at 23 and that was probably too young as well, but we got through it.
I've been a homemaker for a while and I do enjoy most of my chores. What I hate is going outside to hook up the hose to the lawn tractor after my husband is done mowing to clean off the blades. It isn't a bad thing or difficult thing, you just pop the hose onto the part of the tractor and turn...
It's hard for parents to let go and allow their children to make mistakes. I hate seeing my daughter face the consequences of her poor decisions, but it helps her to grow into a more stable adult.
We usually use vacation time to go visit family, but we also like to do mini trips! We'll take a few days to go to the beach and maybe this summer we'll go to a campground that our previous neighbors just bought. It seems like it would be a fun time.
My favorite cousin is my mom's sister's youngest daughter. She's a year younger than I am and we would spend summers together, visiting each other's houses. She's like a sister to me!
