I tend to eat a lot without control and obviously affects my weight.. it's super hard to deal with it everytime. I do try to do everything i can but eventually i keep on falling for it.
It doesn't affect me anymore. A lot of my anxiety came from my marriage and being on medication. Once I got divorced and quit taking the medication. Everything's been leagues better.
It doesn't affect me that much that badly. There are some times where I become anxious if I'm about to do something that I haven't done before but I think that's something that probably affects quite a few people.
