No, never but my co-workers threatened me to "tell" the bosses about my work, somehow i'm still here and they were all fired
(i haven't done specially anything )

No, never happened to me. In my opinion, if it gets to the point that a boss threatens termination, your “goose is cooked” pretty much regardless of what you do. She (and co-workers) are likely to watch you like a hawk (another bird analogy, sorry) looking for the slightest slip-up that might validate their original disapproval. Might be time to think of quitting before you get fired so you have at least some control over your life.
