A lot of people in America, who support President Trump, really don't want Biden taking his seat. It's getting ugly.

What are your thoughts?

Thousands of President Trump’s supporters are in Washington for rallies Wednesday to falsely assert that the presidential election was stolen from him. The demonstrations turned violent as many in attendance saw them as a last stand for Trump on the same day that Congress votes to certify that President-elect Joe Biden won the election.

Trump — who lost the popular and electoral college vote — continues to dispute the results, without evidence, and has encouraged his supporters to attend the rallies in the nation’s capital. He took the stage about noon to roaring crowds, claiming he had won the election.

Bout time someone protested the farce that was the election this year. Can't believe no one is concerned that votes magically disappeared from one of the Republican candidates on live television.

Pretty sure it stopped being a protest when people started to die (death count at 4 currently) and they raided (which I cannot believe they took over the building) a high level government building.

But hey, great job protesters *slow clap* Due to your outburst, people who were still backing trump and supporting his claims have done a massive 180 and are now bringing up the 25th amendment to get Trump out of office even sooner. Which I fully support, if nothing else to get Pence in control as Trump, as clear by his actions and actions he failed to take, is not fit to be president.

We raided the congress a few years ago and burned it to the ground.

I'm not in favor of destroying buildings to make your point but sometimes press or even the government won't do anything, this was done over a fraudulent presidential election so it's a very big deal, That guy Biden has even worse resume than Trump, Bush Jr and Hillary together.

Maybe they felt it was the only way to be heard, i also think Trump should have at least get more Votes.

This whole thing has gotten out of hand. It's a complete train wreck. I have never seen this much violence over an election. If it's causing this much trouble. I don't think it's worth it. Just give it to Biden so everyone will chill the hell out. Enough is enough. This isn't worth getting injured or killed over. Not one bit. The American people need peace.

Definitely. What did they think was going to happen by doing it? They've ruined Trump's 2024 chances now as well, in my opinion, because most in the Republican party are going to be worried about their chances if its Trump that is leading them.

Is there any information on the other 3 people that died? Haven't heard anything about them.

Pretty sure the same could be said about every single 'peaceful protest' of the BLM Inc this summer when they burned and looted cities across the US on the backbone of 'bringing change'. I'm not condoning the violence nor can you place blame on Trump for it. People are frustrated and tired and have no outlet to have their voices heard. For four years, all we heard was that Trump won the election thanks to Russian intervention. Then when there's viable evidence of possible fraud or irregularities with this election, we're all told to just bite our tongues and accept Biden as the winner.

How about no. You'd like that though. Biden as President, ruining this country and reversing all of the change and improvements that we've had under the four years with Trump. If Trump is impeached, he will be unable to run for re-election in four years and that's a day I don't even want to think of. We're going to need a strong leader to bring us out of the looming Socialist apocalypse incoming over the next couple of years.

Look I get it, it's part of the reason why I don't vote because our government remains stagnant with people who go in and do whatever the hell they want. We just had an election and now that there was little threat, all the politicians just bickered and bickered over the recent stimulus instead of just sitting down and getting it figured out and done with. Our democracy is broken and now Trump went and walked all over it while it's being kicked down.

He actually did more for African Americans/blacks, gays and minorities than any Democratic leader, who claims to be the best option for them, has.
