What's the most disgusting thing have you ever found in your food?

A dead fly in a fast food bag, or maybe in the food wrapper, I forget.

And small bones in ground meat. Which can be a painful find.

I went into a small town hamburger place to eat lunch one day. First time I had ever been in there. I ordered a hamburger, fries, and a soft drink. I believe I filled my drink out of one of those dispensers myself. I sat down and was enjoying my lunch, but after taking several sips of the drink, I noticed something in it. After closer inspection, I saw the front half of a cockroach laying on top of the ice. I couldn’t finish my meal. I walked out without saying anything and never went back.

I found a fly in my food before and did not make any desperate moves. I just informed the manager, and he took the necessary actions.
