Anyone loves Parmesan?

I like to sprinkle it on pasta and salad. I buy the wedge and grate it fresh. Don't care for the pre-grated cheese.
 
It's nice, I do not like eating it straight up raw, but with something with it as I topping
I can eat it just as it comes, in thin slices together with something sweet to offset it, like slices of pear or apple or quince, and a glass of red wine.
