Banning certain breeds of dogs as pets and/or watch dogs

India has issued a circular about banning a certain kind of dog breeds as they are a menace to society
This is a unreasonable demand as if dogs of any breeds are trained, loved and cared for they will not turn ferocious.

We had a Bull Terrier and this breed is noted to be violent but our pet turned out to be the mildest. He was loved and cared for. He got along beautifully not only with us but also with the cat.

It is better that human beings are trained on how to take care of their pets rather than ban certain breeds.

I think it is not reasonable to ban dogs. I wondered what breeds of dog will be banned.

I totally agree with you human beings should be trained on how to take care of their pet. No need for the ban it's not necessary I believe

It is very much needed because it is reported that they cause harm to others.

Mostly they look at the dog breed and won't allow every breed because some may say that even a tiger or lion can be trained to stay gentle lol
