Company's Greediness

If a student misses a lesson, one of my online tutoring providers deducts half the entire fee. The fact that I can remind these students by phone is a plus. I can charge them my full rate for my services and conduct a class with them in this way. They have such avarice. I'm relieved that it's just a part-time position.

What are your feelings regarding it?

Well, you just have to do what you have to do to always get your full pay. For me I wouldn't mind reminding them if that's what it would take for me to have them around for my full pay.
