Yoga is an ancient Hindu exercise technique that is believed to heal your physical, mental, and emotional issues. The benefits of yoga have been appreciated by the scientific community as well. The United Nations has been celebrating June 21 as the INternational Day of Yoga since 2015.
 
I was going to classes 2 or 3 times a week before the pandemic hit. After that, the classes were canceled 'until further notice'. I suppose I could get a video and continue at home but I'm not motivated enough (yet) to do so.
