Trust me, there are many who will never do digital or credit card.
My Mom is one of them. She only carries cash.
My brother hasn't been speaking with my Mum for a few years now.. (it's complicated)
Life is too short for family feuds like that.. Live and let live, enjoy your friends and family while you can.

I noticed a lot of elderly people pay with cash where I work. But mostly everyone else uses debit or credit.

Most places don't take checks anymore unless it's a cashier's check from the bank.
I say "Life" as well. Life is too short to live in fear or regrets. So many people are afraid of dying that they forget to actually LIVE a life.
As for cash, we prefer to use cash. If someone takes our wallet, they just get what is in it. If they take the card, ALL the money is gone. We keep with a budget & are debt-free. It's too easy to go over the budget when you use cards.

Lots of places where I live take personal checks. I guess it just depends on where you live.
My place of employment quit taking them because people write a lot of bad checks and get away with it.

I would also say reading physical books. Everything is becoming computerized as more time goes on. With that, we may be switching to reading on computers or tablets or some other similar fashion.
