Iron man.

Dude built an arc reactor in a cave, along with a suit of armor.

Calls out the biggest terrorist in the MCU and single handily hunts him down, I believe without a full suit of armor,

In the MCU he also is the only one to make Thanos bleed, and takes the full force of the power stone like its nothing.

Dude is badass
 
Thor. I really didn't like The Dark World but the first Thor and then Ragnarok are two my of favourite movies in the MCU, plus I just find Thor to be inherently much more interesting than the rest of the characters. He's so old, he's so powerful, he's literally from a different world. That's amazing.
