Favourite Meat Sauces?

I myself am partial to : honey BBQ, BBQ, Teriyaki and honey Dijon mustard for my cooked meats or cold cuts. What's yours?

A-1 Steak Sauce is my overall favorite.

Salt and pepper.

If you really need a sauce, try a reduction of balsamic vinegar, butter and garlic.
