Tough question for some but do you suffer from hair loss? And if so, have you tried to do anything to either slow down the loss or add some hair to the top of your head?

I've been extremely fortunate to not suffer from hair loss, though it does absolutely run in my family.

It's funny because it's the complete opposite between my parent's families. On my dad's side, hair loss is a problem, with most already just accepting baldness. My mum's side has nice thick hair which I seemed to have got thankfully ?

I have to allot of thick hair myself and unfortunately, I have little lost hair, which keeps on coming out from the lack of vitamins and whatnot. worse when I have not washed my hair in a while and it's streaming out.

To solve my problems I take this Home - Tricoextra takes 12 months, it's helping but still not near.

Is that a one and done thing? Most things I've looked into say you need to keep taking it for a very long time.

Glad it's helping because that stuff sure is expensive:

$20 a month for 12 months Xd - the deal is to stop after 12 months and then see how it goes.

around 12 months, then stop and if so maybe retake it again.

$240 a year  it should come with a money back guarantee for that price.

I thought I was screwed looking at my dad and both grandfathers, but I still have hair… for now. I didn’t wanna go bald in my 20’s, and I achieved my goal.

lol no, I lucked out. I knew this guy with thick long blond hair in school that the girls loved. Now he's chubby and bald. I never saw that coming.

I think i'm still young to think about this, but i'm doing very well atm. on my dad's side this is a common issue though.

What is the best treatment for hair loss?

Minoxidil (Rogaine) is regarded as one of the most effective hair loss treatments. Topical minoxidil can be an effective treatment for androgenic hair loss,. Some studies demonstrate improvement in up to 70 percent of users.
