100%, if you're not a stick figure with boobs or a walking six pack, you're basically nothing, though I will say that this is slowly changing, thankfully, as it should. People are different and we should celebrate our differences.
Society is a cancer As someone who struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and a daughter who was hospitalized in high school for the same thing, I think that the social pressures to be thin need to stop. Now that we have better photoshop and ai taking over to make women look even less real, I think more disorders will be around because we simply can't compete with what's not real.
I am actively working out to have a perfect body not because any person is pressuring me. I am just doing it for myself. People who feel pressure to have a perfect body have complex issues because there are people that would still like you despite how you look. You should aim to have a nice body tone because it is healthy and not out of pressure.
