As in “fish and chips” from the UK. I love mine alone with malt vinegar and ketchup, fish and chips and burger and chips.

This is my answer as well.
Fish and chips.. Either smothered in curry sauce, or salt and vinegar with a side of mushy peas.
With most other things, I'll usually just add a bit of salt. I'm not a huge fan of ketchup.
