How do you like your Ribs?

Pork ribs, brown sugar, tangy barbecue sauce, and smoked on the grill.
 
I lack a grill or a smoker, but I usually put a rub on mine, let it sit overnight. Put them on a rimmed cookie sheet with just enough water in the cookie sheet to coat the bottom, tightly cover with aluminium foil, bake for 3-4 hours at 300, take the foil off, add BBQ sauce and broil. Fall off the bone delicious.

Just for the people who don't have access to anything more than an oven and still want to get their BBQ on :)
