Manchester City not guilty?

Manchester City was banned on two years from Championship League. Also penalty should be 30 million euros which small money for sheik from UAE. Penalty was because of malversations with money and violate financial fair play. Few days ago penalty was removed and they can play in next year Championship Leauge.
Reactions?
Some people think UEFA didn't want lose so much money with this club so they let it go. PSG who also have rich owners and they to avoid penalty. City is just to big player to lose it in financial sense.
Some coaches like Jose Mourinho are disapointed with this decision. This is normal since Totenham is on edgle to go in Championship League next year. This way is almost impossible.
Manchester City fans are happy which is normal sine they will play next year tournament. Some even think this decission affect on their lose of English Premier League title so they don't accept Liverpool as winner.

Not great. Chelsea fans were hoping that they would have been banned so that the top 4 race would have been a bit less stressful as 5th would have got UCL as well. Now it's a bit stressful especially as we have to play Liverpool and Wolves

After losing a match from Arsenal in FA cup, Pep say it is not nice how Arsenal was against City was back in a game. Why Pep didn't say anything similar before game or against Totenham which had same statement against CIty.
