What kind of shampoo do you guys use? Do you also use a conditioner? How often do you wash your hair?

I've had trouble with my hair being dry and flakey for as long as I can remember.. ? I used to wash it every day, but every other day just about works too if I'm feeling a bit lazy.
At the moment I'm using a 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, a supermarket own version of Head & Shoulders. I've tried separate bottles which do seem to work marginally better, but.. yeah..

I use Suave products which works fine for me.
We have well water and it keeps my hair really soft! I tell my guests they'll love washing their hair at my house because conditioner is not usually needed. I use Suave shampoo because it's not expensive and lathers up nicely.
I use Kirk's castile bar soap or Dr. Bronner's. It's also good for dishes, laundry, the body. Don't knock it until you try it lol

I use Garnier Fructis. I use the shampoo to wash my hair and immediately rinse that. Then I'll put the conditioner in and leave it in for a while and I'll complete the rest of my shower routine while I leave that in. Then I'll rinse that out last.
If I don't use conditioner then you won't be able to use a brush/comb through my hair 'cause of all the tangles. My grandmother use to call them rats nests.
I need to wash my hair daily otherwise my scalp gets itchy. I like to use shampoo bars. I rarely use conditioner, it's not something I go out of my way to get or use.
Head&shoulders for me, tho i have no hair i like to stay bald still have to clean it LOL
I can't use Head & Shoulders myself. There's something in it that irritates my scalp. I remember I had to go to the ER when I was a kid and was prescribed a special moisturizer to help my scalp heal ?
That does suck. A lot. I"m sorry you had to go through that.
Me too! Honey I Washed My Hair is my go-to shampoo bar. I can make one bar last for months it feels like.
I like that one, my favourite is the Jumping Juniper.
I haven't tried Jumping Juniper. I will have to look out for it the next time I'm in the store.
