Haven't we given them enough? When do we start "loaning" them money?
Just yesterday at a women for mission rally, a town was brought up where everyone was poor. No electricity, barely running water and they're POOR! Our own country isn't bothered enough to help them, but let's keep sending taxpayer money to other countries.
