I'm starting to become a conspiracy theorist with them. Part of me knows that this is how shots work sometimes that you have to get boosters. Other parts of me believe that the government just wants to control us more and while they aren't dosing us with anything yet they will start doing that sometime in the future.

I'm not anti-vaxx by any means, just seems odd what they are doing with these shots.

Question, what do you feel is odd with these shots? Shots meant to combat an ever mutating virus that is overwhelming hospitals and still sending hundreds to their death?

An affirmed claim attracts the burden of proof, therefor you should prove it.

Conspiracy theories are claims, furtive fallacious arguments, that need to be properly supported by a demonstration of sufficient objective evidence, disbelieving a claim carries no burden of proof.

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

It is empirically proven with evidence that vaccinations are effective in building immunity. It has been proven, based on that existing empirical evidence, that vaccines eradicated several known diseases in the world.

Can you demonstrate sufficient objective evidence for your claim?
 
Another question is, what government? Which government? This is a national world thing going on, and last I checked there really isn't a world government running things.

If the vaccine truly hid something, another nation would have found out about it.
 
I'm still waiting for my COVID test results. If I do end up testing positive, that is the quickest recovery time I've ever had from a cold/flu like illness.

Personally, I received both shots (pfizer).
 
Honestly it was done in a bit of a rush (understably). I'm about to receive a third shot 'soon' and I just hope that the virus goes away as soon as possible.
 
I'm taking all the shots offered no doubts but i DO feel that most of them won't really help us a lot with the mutations, we just have to rely on our own defense system and white cells :p

work out, eat healthy, be happy and do not go crazy over this stuff, wash your hands regularly and you should be fine.
 
I got my vaccine, but honestly, I think the reason I haven't gotten sick is because I've been extremely careful. I social distance anyway, and I use gallons of Germ-X, even before the pandemic.

I do think Covid was created in a lab, but I believe that the vaccine is real, just not 100% effective.
 
They really need to remove PEG from the mRNA shots so that it's safer. What is coming to light now is that more and more people are becoming hyper sensitive to PEG (polyethylene glycol) and receiving the vaccine is making it worse. There were studies about PEG effects prior to the vaccine so this isn't a conspiracy theory. The FDA claims PEG is perfectly safe but now scientists are finding out otherwise. Our bodies are reacting to it negatively and there are people like me who now have to avoid it as much as possible or our throats close up. Do you know how many daily items contain PEG? Look at the labels. It's absolutely shocking.

I guess it is not as much the shots as it is the masks. The masks started off as a voluntary thing and now governments are mandating it and making it almost illegal to walk or live outside your home without them. It is insane.

Yes, the J&J vaccine has Polysorbate 80 instead of PEG and since Polysorbate 80 and PEG are similar there can be a cross transfer for allergies. So although it seems at first glance to be the solution, it could actually still be a problem.

My own personal issue is that if I choose to get the J&J vaccine and have anaphylaxis like I did with the Moderna vaccine, my problems don't end there. That means that I will have severe allergic reactions to things with Polysorbate 80 in them depending on the molecular weight.

That's a huge problem because whatever doesn't contain PEG generally has Polysorbate 80 instead. If my throat closes up because of both of them, what am I supposed to do?

As an aside, I found out that some of the waxes that cover apples contain PEG. It's in so many things we can't imagine!

But who are you implying this is a conspiracy by, that national governments worldwide are getting kickbacks from mask manufacturers?

As an aside in many part of Europe restrictions are starting to be lifted for many things, like not needing to show you are vaccinated to enter places that you previously had to.

What governments? It was optional in my town, though recommended. I do agree however that vaccines should be optional as well, and not forced....

I'm really glad things are getting back to normal for you! Those who are most susceptible must learn how to protect themselves and not expect the world to continue flowing because it's damaging all of society.

Where I live half the people wear masks and as I look at them, I think, do they know that flimsy cloth mask isn't effective? I say nothing because they have trusted in that mask for 2 years now and can't seem to break free. I rarely see N95s being worn which are the ones that are the most efficient, which we've known for 2 years but because they were in high demand we were all encouraged to not buy them or wear them.

I seriously think that the entire world was caught off guard on this. This should teach us that if we're going to ask people to wear masks that we should have in production a large amount of them ready to go. It's been 2 years and we're getting our free masks here in the US....from China! ugh
