What do you think of shows trying to extend it by bringing in a new face, having a baby, etc?

Should they just cut ties & let it go while it’s going good? When the ratings are dropping, I don't think bringing in 'new blood' will save it. More times than not, the low ratings are due to the writers NOT the actors. The storylines aren't as good or as catchy anymore. You can also tell they are not trying like they used to. Now, I have witnessed some shows being refreshed but I honestly think that's not the norm.

I think they should do 10 to 15 episodes a season for a show. Like Game of Thrones for example. They MOSTLY stayed true to the source material from what I understand. It's still a popular show. They did 73 episodes of it total. Each episode from my point of view was good. There was no random or off the wall episodes in the show. Each episode was connected. I think they wrapped it up nicely. Some fans were disappointed. But a good show needs a good ending.
