What's simply common sense,

I always thought those animal warning signs on the road were stupid especially the ones that stated how long it was a danger for. Deer for 8 miles. Are the deer scared of going out of that area lol?

"Don't go in the pool if you've had diarrhea" signs. What could have possibly happened to make that a mandated warning?

That coffee (or any other hot beverage) are going to be hot when you get it.
This one drives me nuts.

Especially when you buy something that is called "Hot Apple Pie" and then you get to read a caution that the contents might be hot.

I know it's to stop idiots from suing companies for the fact that they managed to burn themselves, but there is something very wrong with the system that allows them to do that in the first place.

What gets me is McDonald's had to put on the cup/lid that contents are hot when a customer spilled coffee on themselves. IT'S COFFEE! It's suppose to be hot. I know that places are making cold coffee drinks now but this was before all that when there was only one kind of coffee.

Exactly!!

That's what I mean about the culture that enables this idiocy of suing a company for something you did to yourself and winning. It's absolutely crazy!
