What is one thing that your next door neighbor does constantly that is not neighborly at all or is annoying?

People who let their dogs roam. We're on acreage & I've seen those dogs in our back acreage before. Just because it's rural & a dirt road doesn't mean you have to let your dogs & cats roam.

Not saying hello to you and never meet since they or I moved into the house and also why they have no lights at night

Seeing as you live out in the country. They're lucky no one shoots their pets. In Missouri where I lived. We had a neighbor that shot someone's dog. My parents even shot a stray dog that came over onto our property because they had cattle and it was chasing them around growling and baring it's teeth.

Mows the lawn at 6 am on the weekend. The noise ordinance states you can't start mowing on weekends until 8 am. He doesn't care even when the police have been called several times.
