I've started taking Vitamin D, since I've had a couple of friends recommend it.
It's supposed to be good for general wellbeing, as well as boosting the immune system.. Whether it actually does anything, even as a placebo affect, remains to be seen.
I mean, Home Alone is an awesome Christmas movie.
Other favourites are:
Jingle All The Way
Love Actually
The Holiday
I've seen them all at least a dozen times.. ?
The ex and I used to buy one for each other.. I don't think I had one last year, and have no plans to buy one this year (except for the one that I've bought for my daughter). To be honest I could do with laying off the chocolate a bit anyway! ?
For the first time in ages I could briefly access FP on Tuesday using my phone, but it seems that either the site is being attacked again or I've been IP blocked. I've just sent a PM to Ozzy to try and find out what's going on..
I do bits and pieces of my own stuff with XenForo, and have released some of that work..
Other bits I've opted to keep to myself, largely because they're edits of existing add-ons.. ?
The "FR" branding denotes the SEAT racing division, and stands for Formula Racing.
The cars in this line come with various 'sporty' tweaks that have been made to the standard models.. ?
I occasionally drop by my local indie game shop to try and support them as best as I am able.. Unfortunately for most modern games, they're simply too expensive compared with digital sales on the PS Store. They're pretty handy for PS3 games and older retro stuff though ?
I don't think I've been...
The Fantastic Adventures of Dizzy
It got a remaster of sorts from its original release, to the Genesis.. It would be great to see a completely new remaster for modern consoles, perhaps changed up slightly to make it a bit harder.
I've been playing a relatively unknown PS3 title; Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom
It's ok I guess.. it looks and feels like a remastered PS2 title, but it plays ok and is enjoyable for the most part.
I don't really have enough experience with Xbox controllers beyond the X360, but found that controller to be much more comfortable than the PS3..
The PS4 and PS5 controllers I've found pretty comfortable though to be honest, thankfully a vast improvement! ?
I'm pretty broke at the moment.. I've had quite a large tax bill land on my doorstep after working 2 jobs during COVID. It feels like a bit of a slap in the face honestly, but there's little I can do about it.
I think Christmas might have to be done at a bit of a budget this year ?
SEAT Ibiza FR '17
Probably my favourite car that I've owned so far.. It makes quite a decent "growl" for the car that it is, put your foot down and it goes! Puts a smile on my face every time.
I'm sorry for your loss.. ? it sounds like you were pretty close?
You're going through the process in your own way.. as memories come to mind about times with your great grandmother, it's natural that you'll feel lost knowing that you can't make new memories with that person, even if...
I only do it on work devices to circumvent what my work can see I'm browsing.. ? I have unlimited data, so why not.
I try not to take it to extremes though. Ultimately I'm still getting my work done.
I have the exact same habit.. There's tonnes of stuff on the desktop of both my PC and my laptop.
I keep meaning to go through it and tidy it up, but haven't found the motivation to do so yet.. ? Like everything else, I'm paranoid that if I move something I won't be able to find it, and that if...
During the day, at the moment I'm using a work's laptop.. ? I don't really like it though, the 14" screen feels a good bit smaller than I'm used to.
In the evening, I'll be on my desktop. The specs are much better than my own laptop, and it's much comfier to use.
