What do you guys think about the customer service of Amazon? Honestly, I love their CS. They have always been pretty good to me and today I went to get a refund for a purchase and they gave me the money and told me to keep the item!
 
They're ok. Depends who you get. I've had one cases where different people gave me conflicting information. Usually they're good and I've had quite a few free months of prime from them over various issues.
 
As an Amazon Customer, I can confirm that I have received nothing, but great customer service too. There refund policy is fair for the consumer. I remember choosing to return an item and Amazon provided me with a Pre-Paid Return Postage Sticker. A couple of days after sending the parcel, the money was in my bank account.
 
Depends on who you get, but I had no problems with them. They are fast and get the job done. At times you might not understand them if they talking in other words and I have to say, can you repeat. Then again I only dealt with them twice in 5 years since I started using them.

But every time I had an issue, they would refund the money or make me happy as quick as possible.

I agree with you. Live Chat is the quickest and easiest option for support. Amazon's ability to get to the bottom of my queries promptly exceeds my expectations.

The phone is faster way. They have no choice to refund you in money or Amazon gift cards, Seems that they can't resend the item if it got damaged. that happen once to me where I ordered and got damaged in the post

Live chat is definitely the better way because the agents tend to be a little better on there.
 
Amazon has always refunded me on products that were either not delivered or stolen. One time I received 3 of the 5 products, but they gave me a refund for all 5...

Most chats I've brought up were answered in seconds, the longest a minute or two during a peek time.

Yeah, so many things came out in my favour when I was a Prime member. Managed to get quite a lot of promotional credit as well for little problems.
