Do you find it annoying? Well, unless they deal with politics professionally, what would they know? However, sometimes their take on things can be entertaining and thoughtful.

I don't care what celebrities have to say about politics. I find it's great fun to laugh at a celebrity that says something particularly stupid when trying to pontificate, though.

I think celebrities should choose their words very carefully about what is said. Because I do believe their career could suffer as a result. I know if I was an established actor, I wouldn't publicly share my views out of fear that I could lose my job as an actor or whatever it is that I'm getting big money to do.

It seems that celebrities are damned if they do, and damned if they don’t. If they don’t comment on politics, they are at risk of seeming too privileged to care or are deemed complicit with the opinions of their more unpleasant fans.

But if they do want to actively participate in politics, they are effectively told to “shut up and perform”.

Some artists like Ted Nugent are doing just as good or better with politics as they did with what they do. Anyway, Nugent is a good guitar player with hit songs. The left has to admit this, though they deny it cause they don't like him.

What they say or do doesn't effect whether I like them, unless it's some extreme case - like say the person did something so vile that's it's seemingly unforgiveable.
