I went out for a bit today when it was really bad and it hit me hard and spiked my sinuses, took naps all afternoon.

Microwaved some food. Most of it was at a normal temperature but one small bit of food was burning hot and I accidently tried eating that.

Thankfully, it's already slightly better. Hoping I don't have to suffer too much for too long.

Still a bit hot over here but the extreme heat has disappeared
 
I might not pop by tomorrow. Company picnic so I will be away for most of the day.

Got a lovely 2 hour drive there and back
 
They did actually but it was from the office. I like driving so just went there myself like a few other people did. Better to have a 2 hour drive than a 1 hour journey to the office and then another 2 hours on the bus there
