I think we should follow all the rules to stay safe and if not then we may need to pay a penalty for that so its better to stay in the rules and don't do anything against the rules.

I will not break any rules and recently we have garbage that is being collected - a government arrangement. We have to sort out wet and dry garbage and we are doing it.
