Do you sleep with duvet?

I find it very difficult to sleep with a duvet because I am always very hot in the night when I am sleeping even. My duvet is so thick that it makes me start sweating immediately I cover up with it. If I had an air conditioner, it would have been better to sleep with it.

no I do sleep with a comforter,it gets very chilly in my room at night time.

Yes, I do, except when it's very hot.

It's only when the weather is extremely cold that I would be interested in sleeping covering up with duvet. Sleeping naked is more relaxing.
