I don't know if anyone here makes use of free VPN because I have never used them. I find it very difficult to believe that it's going to reliable especially when it comes not leaking your data or having the company use your data for other needs without your knowledge.

I've used several pay VPNs, and they were either slow, or lacked features. I'm on a free one now, which has proved awesome so far and better than all I've tried. It just has limited servers and features. I plan to upgrade very soon. Seems worth it!!

I don't make use of any VPN at all because I don't have any need for it. The reason why you don't make use of it is that I know that most of these companies will always spy on my data and make use of it for their own good.

Perhaps. But doesn't that defeat the purpose of a VPN? And besides, your internet provider can spy on you just as much, if not more so.

I uninstalled Proton VPN. It kept disconnecting. But of all the VPNs I've tried, it's the best. It's based out of Switzerland with no data logging (or so they say hehe).

Giving Proton VPN another try, this time the full, paid version. Has over 1300 high speed servers. :)

It's always going to be paid version of VPN. I have never felt confident and comfortable using any services that's free of charge.

I tend to agree. I tried several "free" AV programs, and the basic version is free, but they bombard you with their 20 paid upgrades, which are what provides most features! :(

I at the moment find myself using free VPNs due to a lack of funds at the moment. I have looked into paid VPNs and one that seems to be quite popular is Nord VPN from what I understand. I had looked into this one and they do seem to have some good deals so if I was to ever jump to a paid VPN it would definitely be Nord.
