Energy Drinks

Do you drink many energy drinks? I may drink one a couple times a month. It used to be a lot more years ago until I got diabetes. I always try to have a sugar free one though as a treat.

I drink V a bit. And sometimes Monster or Mother.

I used to drink Demon but the taste got a bit boring.

I drink redbull mostly, I'm not a fan other drinks unless it's Monster...I have one of those every few weeks.

I have been known to have energy drinks once in a while but I always opt for the sugar-free ones and I only have them as a treat once in a while due to how bad for you they can be.

With them being energy drinks, I tend to wait until I feel I need them such as lack of sleep the night before and having a lot to do so I get that boost of energy when needed.

During my university days, I used to drink energy drinks. But I just do it at random. I usually have it when I have my exams at school.

I seldom drink energy drinks. I prefer coffee, milk tea or juices.

Recently I started taking fruit juice.

I take milk every day and have fruit juices made from fruits that grow in my garden whenever they are available

They are not good for health so should not be consumed all the time because I know some of my colleagues like to have it daily
