I am really excited about day after tommorow. After a long time, I found a fitness coach who is going to help me tone down my body.

I am allergic to milk and all supplements, so I am not going to take anything of those. I have already paid him a month in adavance. He is promising results in 90 days.

Wohoo. Have you ever had a personal fitness coach? Or a gym coach? What are your experiences?

I had a personal trainer yes. I intended to use the trainer for something I had never had experience with in high school, proper form and technique training. I wanted to learn more exercises I could do and how to do them properly to avoid injury and strain. My trainer was not who I was expecting when I showed up. He was a great guy; but, he was never happy that I couldn't commit 110% to go to the gym or classes they hosted there (which I explained to him multiple times was because my work schedule changed and it was hard to get up to go to a gym class, go home, shower, etc before having to go into work the same day.

Overall, the first month was affordable; but, the months after that pushed it outside what I felt comfortable spending with my bills and student loans.

I lost weight and developed some good habits, still ran into problems with trying to get access to equipment to do exercises though.

I go to the gym twice a week but I don't have a personal coach but the gym instructor or coach is during a good job I don't need a personal coach
