Going to the doctor

My blood glucose levels... definitely, my father has diabetes and i'm afraid i'm gonna get it too..
Just hearing bad nice about your body or others, but most of the time I do not get nervous. Our local doctors are crap anyway.
What does this mean?
Same with me and how long I will be there as my doctor is super slow!!
I like to avoid going to see a doctor or into a clinic for the sole purpose of having to pay an over priced medical bill. Health Insurance doesn't cover everything. So I don't go unless I have no other choice but to go.
My hubby doesn't like going to the doctor because he doesn't want them checking to see if his A1C has gone up or down. He has what the doctor calls "white coat syndrome".

I just get nervous knowing I have to talk to people when I go to check in. I also usually have to wait a while for my doctor to see me.
It's harder for me to work up the courage to call them as I hate trying to arrange my day to get in. But yeah, I hate going for any possible bad news.
My brother has this too. Just the thought of him having to go see a doctor will set him into a panic attack.

When it comes to going to see my doctor, I only ever go if I really feel like I have to such as I know something isn't right with my health or I am so unwell I know I need some kind of help. The only thing that makes me nervous about going to the doctor is either forgetting to mention something or finding out some kind of bad news.
The only thing that makes me anxious when going to see a doctor is finding out that I have an illness or disease.
