Just a plain bagel lightly toasted and filled with cream cheese and chives or cream cheese and bacon.

No additions, no wholegrain, just a good old basic bagel.

I am eating a cheese and pickle sandwich.

For the Americans, when I say pickle I mean a chunky tangy brown relish stuff that is made of vegetables of some kind, rather than a pickled cucumber.

I had an omelette for dinner with lettuce salad and a glass of soda. I'm feeling very light lately, i might have dropped more weight, i'm just tired to find out.
