Lineage OS on Android Phone

I have been dabbling with the various android phone models these days. And also learned about mods that I can install on phones.
As you can see lineage OS can be pretty much popular among mods.
Have you used lineage OS mod for android or any other similar mods?

I think this is the first time that I am hearing about it, to be honest. It's not something I would personally bother with really. Android is good enough for me and has everything I need.
