If you are going to start a new project what it will be. I think i will settle down with a Blog instead of Forum. As i love to try writing and sharing content with users i will go with Blog.

Yeah Xenforo+Plugin+Theme license costs add up fast for sure, time will help you get some sort of return on your investment thoughBlogs are difficult but they can be a very fun project if you have the right niche. My newest project is, of course, this discussion board. I've invested quite a bit of money into it, the next step is dedicating a lot more time.
Yep. It didn't help that since I'm from the UK I had to pay VAT which brought it up to $190 just for XF . But I am pretty happy with it. It's a great forum software.Yeah Xenforo+Plugin+Theme license costs add up fast for sure, time will help you get some sort of return on your investment though

$65 to renew instead of the usual $160 so it's a pretty sweet dealI have an expired xenforo license. I think I just need to pay the reactivation/activate subscription for another year,
I used to have a couple of blogs as well. Most recently had one that was a webmaster based blog and also a money-making one. It's not an easy job at all to run a blog and honestly, I don't miss it. Like you, I took a bit of a break after that to not run anything myself but have returned recently with Discussion Hub. Just wanted to have something that I could call my own.I love blogs and had couple that were pretty successful until I moved away from wanting to really own/run anything. But now that I'm back, I decided to work on a roleplaying forum again. I have always found a lot of enjoyment with roleplaying and decided that if I was coming back to forums, that was what I wanted to do. I could have joined another one and tried to get on the staff, but I wanted to have something of my own again and I'm happy I did it.
