Politicians causing panic?

This is something we see on a daily basis all over the place, regardless of what party the politician represents. I suppose it’s good marketing, but I’d say it’s terrible for society as a whole.
 
Yeah, mostly posturing, but no worse than what major news outlets do daily. Fear, fear, fear, buy this body spray so people will like you, fear, fear, fear, use this accident lawyer so you can get billions of dollars, fear, fear, fear. Thank you for tuning in.
 
I stopped listening to a lot of "news" because there is no point to it. I'll be happy just watching guinea pig videos on Facebook LOL

Panic and propaganda is some trait that every politician must be specialised in. I think it is a tactic that is necessary to succeed in politics.
 
I always think that it is a deliberate strategy to distract the masses and give them what to occupy themselves with while they wreck the entire country. At least, that's what has been happening in my country.
