Right time for sugar cane juice

In this weather nothing like a glass of sugar cane juice with crushed ice with a touch of lemon I have not seen any hawkers around this year and so probably I will miss drinkg sugar cane juice this year

As kids we used to chew sugar cane and for that one needs strong teeth.

I am also missing it but I mostly see them late in the evening so that's certainly not an ideal time to have
