Screen protector or case?

I use an Otterbox Defender or the Commuter if the Defender isn't available for my device. I also use a glass screen protector as Otterbox's no longer offer screens on their Defenders for most items anymore.

I've always used cases and screen protectors from LifeProof, and Otterbox eventually purchased that. So now I'm on the Otterbox train. I use both a case and a screen protector, at all times.

I've had the same one for the last couple of years...liquid glass...screen protectors don't really save my phone that much and I haven't really dropped this one at all.
