Now that we know more about how it affects our environment, absolutely yes. Recycling plastic is fine, but when it goes into our oceans, landfills, etc...it's a massive problem.

My Government has already implemented the ban on the use for the plastic some couple of years now.

If w can find alternative packaging, plastic should be banned. As it is now, it is the major cause of household waste that are thrown around to occupy landfills. It should be banned. Business organisations would then be innovative to find organic packaging that would not kill our environment.
