So, a very disgruntled and sad guy runs upon a Genie who will give him only one wish.
He thinks very hard and then says, “ I only wish that I was happy“ and poof, the man finds himself in a cottage with 6 other dwarfs in the mining business.
However short or long one has lived, we have all wished or prayed for something and got it, but somehow, things turned sideways and didn’t turn out the way we expected them to.
I mean, who hasn’t heard of the person who wished for a lottery win and won millions just to be broke and in debt worse than they would have been had they not won?
And….who among us hasn’t wished to have just one date with that cutie across the classroom and find that when they got their wish, that cutie was a demon from hell?
