My caretaker has recently bought me some from IGA for snacking with the afternoon tea. Absolutely delicious on their own or with a tartar, ranch, Ceasar or honey dijon dip. And you personally? Have you ever tried them too?

I have not tried it yet. The only crispy veggies that I have tried are squash and water spinach. I must say it is a good business in my country lately.
May not be the same but we make what is called Pakoras that are deep fried sliced up vegetables dipped in gram flour batter.
