What color is this dress?

This was a thing 3 years ago, I can't believe it! It feels like last year we were all reacting to this dress. Now some people's eyes may have changed and they may see other colors so I wanted to bring this back. It was a cool idea I saw on another forum.

What color do you think this dress is? I say blue and black but other people see white and gold.

I've seen this photo countless times on various forums and social media posts. It's not up for debate. Obviously, we all know the only two colours are white and gold.

I'm with Hungry. I see white and gold. However, I also have a program on my computer that alters the hue of things to some degree. I'm not sure if that has an affect on what you see.

Oh no, not this dress again! I cannot believe it is three years ago and that the opening poster thinks it was only a year ago. To me, it seems at least five years old!

As for the colour I have always seen blue and black but I just do not know why. I would love to hear an explanation.
