Elderly folks shouldn't engage in vigorous exercise. They are able to stretch, but they cannot be made to lift or run. They can engage in a variety of activities, such as swimming, strolling, and golfing.
 
They do not need any thing strenuous so little fun things like gardening, swimming, early morning strolling should be a catch
 
Seniors should only do some gentle exercises. Walking, playing Tai Chi would be good for them.
 
There is nothing better and easier than walking so most senior citizens should walk and it's enough for them and no need to do any other exercise
