When your weekend goes bad?

I suppose it depends on the reason. If I've let little things annoy me and I'm just in a grumpy mood and early night usually does the trick for me. However, if something tragic happens - I find talking to people I trust helps tremendously.
 
Depends on what made it go bad I guess. But most of the time, I'll just try to distract myself and hope that improves my mood a bit. TV shows, music, and gaming usually helps a lot.
