Like I said in the TV thread, I think I fall in the 90s/00s range, not just because that's when I watched the most movies, but because I feel like I connected with more movies in that time than when watching older or newer movies.
The 80’s, hands down, imo. I love 80’s movies very much mostly for the stories that they told. Any movie with any member of the “brat pack”, you knew it was going to be good.

That's my thought too, the brat pack!! I still watch those movies when they come on!

Breakfast Club will forever be my favorite and Pretty in Pink will be my least because Duckie deserved better.

I think the present time. Most movies are good in terms of technical matters.
The seventies I think. We watched many family, romance and war movies.
I would argue for the nineties. I've got so many favorite movies that came out in that time period, especially sports movies.
