Which individuals do you know who are the healthiest?

I must say my grandmother. She had lived here on earth for 103 years. The only thing she wanted in her diet was to eat vegetables and drinkable water.

Yes, my parents here. They try to eat only healthy meals. No snacking or fizzy drinks for them. I do same for my self

My brother. He tends to go raw Vegan or similar. He's studied diets for years and is extremely knowledgeable about what types of food are good for you.

My elder brother. He is 73. Still physically very strong.

In my family or friends circle I cannot find anyone I think is healthy in all aspects.

A few of my colleagues and they are so good and I haven't even seen them getting sick so they are pretty good with their health
