Windows 11 is the upcoming version of Windows and will introduce a new look to the popular OS. It includes some pretty cool features including the ability to snap windows, a brand new start menu and centred icons. What do you guys think about it?

“Our craftsmanship is designed to give you a deep emotional connection to the product. We’ve rounded the corners so everything has a softer feel, and centered the taskbar and Start button so you always know where home is.”

Who says crap like this about an operating system? I’m not seeing a whole lot of functional improvements so far - just another layer of paint between me and the Control Panel. I hate it.

I will be happy to install windows 11 on another system for playing around and testing, however, it is a while before it's on my main system, I mean regards gaming, worse off in that respect.

We will hear more with updates over time, won't we.

I've not tried it out myself, and probably won't bother for a long time - even then it will only be put on my laptop which isn't used much.
One of my friends has upgraded to it and says it's pretty good, some of the new features they're advertising like DirectStorage etc do sound pretty neat.

I will upgrade when i get new hardware, maybe around my birthday next year (hopefully!), things are not looking good for gamers.. :(

Also i wanted to see more of that android compatiblity without using emulators like BlueStacks..

Yeah, I've upgraded to it on my main laptop thanks to the Windows Insider program and I have to say, it runs pretty well. It looks amazing as well so I have to say, they have done a pretty good job with it.

It was a bit weird getting used to the stuff in the centre of the taskbar though.

I might have to start looking into it myself, I will not update my main system till it's fully stable. I do have another PC but I do not have a drive for it :(

I was thinking for the last week that I might get an 250GB SSD just for windows 11 that I can do and swap the drives around when I want to go back and front from WIndows 11 and to my main system of Windows 10 ;)

JUst that I need to get another drive and whatnot.

Wait isn't it possible to dual boot Windows 10 and 11? I will look into this online.

Plus I wonder when they will release Windows 11 as a normal update for Windows 10 Users.
