Do you have a wireless or wired mouse for gaming? I used to have a Wired Mouse but I always ended up breaking the lead causing the computer not to recognize the device connected. Wireless works a lot better but it's annoying when the batteries go half way through a gaming session.

I use a wireless mouse for my Laptop that has an option to control two PCs at once with a three switch option. It lasts for a good while before rechanging.

Regards gaming, I use an Razer wired mouse :) For gaming in that case.

I switched to a wireless Logitech mouse and would never go back. There isn't any discernable lag to me and the lack of a wire makes a lot of sense for a mouse.

I prefer Wireless or Bluetooth devices

I love having a tidy desk and the ability to have no wires in the way

although you have to batteries for your keyboard or mouse

Wireless for me. Just easier to use and the batteries on most of them last pretty long so you don't have to worry about replacing it regularly. I've never had any connectivity issues with my HP mouse either which is great.

I've always used wired. Changing batteries or charging keyboards or mice is just too much of a nuisance for me.

I've had my wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse going on almost a year now and have yet to change the batteries in the mouse.

I hardly use a desktop at all. I prefer laptops always have and always will because they are so portable and I can use them on the couch.
When I do use a desktop however I prefer a wired mouse. It's just a lost easier not having to worry about batteries or if something goes wrong.

Still going strong without a battery change and I love the fact there's no messy wires to look at.

I always used a wired mouse but some time ago I decided to give a wireless mouse a chance and gave it up as one needs to recharge or change batteries often which is a nuisance.
If you get a good wireless mouse, they only need to be recharged like once a month or longer depending on heavy use, and even longer if you turn them off when not in use (I don’t turn mine off). Some of the battery powered ones last a really long time, like several months like Microsoft’s Surface line of mice.

With a wired mouse it is forever (lol) Even once a month can be a nuisance
