Most say aren't by choice, it's a job that makes you money and you do anything to get a job.
I enjoy working with computers, so I went into IT, It's more of a headache than I thought, but I still enjoy it.
What's your current career?
I'm fortunate enough to land a relatively low stress job which was what I wanted coming from straight commission retail sales. My employer took a chance on me 5 years ago with me not really having any business to business experience. At that time I literally just threw my resume everywhere to see where it would stick. They happen to call me back and even from the first time I sat down with the CEO I felt at home. Like, it didn't feel like an interview - it was really cool.
Nice to have a job you enjoy. Makes having to work that much easier.
Did many, hospitality then ICT then self off the book jobs. As of right now, none
Absolutely. I am very grateful. I believe it's important to be exposed to jobs/workplaces that aren't too great so you can truly appreciate a good working environment.
good paid jobs are very demanding
I agree with you and that's why I love my current job so much.
It has been more than a decade that I am working as a virtual teacher.
I have given up working in an office a long time ago These days I spend time mostly writing at Sites a task I enjoy as it connects me to the world at large.
